Tick, Tock... another Epoch...
We’ve seen this show before. "There is no vital human challenge today that did not emerge in the crucible of the later Middle Ages and Early Modern Times." Ledger-Based Fintech meets hyper-realistic images; decentralized IT using memes to take down empires; distributed financial trade markets defining the common-as-sacred with fruit bowls. Each time the tech, much less the art, seems odd to those holding power, before they adopt, then attempt to appropriate.
From a historical perspective the Internet, much less the Internet of Value, is a blip - it hasn’t really started. We’ve seen the teasers in historical analogies, but we’re about to witness something truly unique on a scale that will define the epoch.
Crypto Renaissance
